PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY
Your Premium Tailor-Made Sim Racing Rig consists of a large number of parts and
components from many different manufacturers. These are complex systems. Not
everyone has the time, patience, expertise or desire to successfully assemble one of
these rigs. Our highly skilled engineers do have the expertise and will spend all the time
needed to completely assemble your sim racing rig to your specifications.
Our engineers will adjust your sim racing rig to make sure you’re in the optimal driving
position. This includes seat angle and position, steering position, pedal distance, and
monitor height and distance among other aspects. Our goal is maximum driver comfort,
engagement and feedback.
FULL CONFIGURATION & SYSTEM TEST
You want your Premium Sim Racing Rig to work, right? So do we! We assure that every component is mounted and interconnected properly. We install all required software including the operating system, drivers, sim, and support software. We configure all the components to your specifications and driving style. We test each component individually to assure its operating as intended. More importantly we test the entire rig to assure optimal performance, as well as maximum realism and immersion.
RIG WALKTHROUGH & TRAINING
You wouldn’t buy a race car without completely understanding how to operate it. We
wouldn’t expect you to. It’s with that in mind, that we walk through every aspect of your
new Premium Sim Racing Rig. We’ll educate you on every component, how it operates,

and how you can tune it if you need to change it. Every button. Every knob. Every
adjustment. You get it all.
And once you’re comfortable with all that, we get you started on how to race in iRacing.
We get you registered and activated. We’ll teach you about licensing and license
progression. You’ll know how to select your car and your track with our
recommendations based on your preferences. You’ll know how to test drive a track, how
to race against AI, how to compete in time trials, how to race against family and friends
for bragging rights, and how to race against other racers from around the world. We’ll
get you on track and give you our recommendations on how to go fast!

We won’t leave until you’re satisfied! We won’t leave until you’re ready to race!
Now that you’re comfortable and been racing for a while (i.e., a couple of weeks, maybe
a month), you’re entitled to have us come back for a one-day dial-in session. We’ll
answer all your questions. We’ll make any desired adjustments. We’ll make every
attempt to make you more comfortable. We’ll help tune the rig for better performance
and realism.
Afterward, we are available by phone or email to answer questions, assist with
modifications, and provide resources to improve your race craft. We support you
through the entire process from design and build, fitting, configuration and test to
training and support.
